D.C.'s money-saving plan: Free inmates

This is how we decide to save money? Once again, failing to assess the unintended consequences of an action. How much is it going to cost to cleanup after these thugs when they are released? Crime rates go up and much more than just people's wallets will be affected. Maybe they should think before proposing such ridiculous legislation.
