"Diplomats said there was general agreement on expressing concern over the launch and calling on Pyongyang to return to the six-party talks and to respect UN resolutions."
...Oh joy the UN comes to rescue again!

You would think with a clear violation of a UN resolution that some action would be a clear response, but apparently the "United Nations struggled for agreement on whether to punish the communist state." This is because you have nation such as Russia and China who aren't exactly on the same page as us or have the same interests. Why is it again we leave our security in the hands of our enemies?
