Millions of couples, retirees may have to repay some of Obama tax credit

Wait, so 90% of Americans won't have their taxes raised and will get a tax stimulus amounting to, for me at least, $400 a year, but then we have to pay it back in taxes come March 2010? How is this change that we needed? It's all smoke and mirrors people.
