I'm pretty sure North Korea doesn't give a damn about isolation. They are already one of the most isolated nations in the world. The last two presidents have failed with North Korea because they though they could bribe them. In the end North Korea took the bride and continued its nuclear program. When will our presidents learn that talk is idle when dealing with these nations?
