See this is the problem. Because if they are tried in our court system, they get all the same rights and privileges as a US citizen. Since some information was obtained through means that might not hold up constitutionally, they be let go or have a lesser sentence because of some technicality. Also, this introduces the appeals system in which the trial could drag on for years, on top of the 9 years it has already been since 9/11. Very bad idea, very bad.
